I looked through quite a few mattress sites before ordering, and SleepEZ really did seem to offer a better price for the kind of setup I wanted. The shipping went smoothly, and after using the mattress, it feels sturdy and comfortable. Based on my experience so far, I’m really happy with what I got for the money.

I had a quick question about my order, and I was only focused on getting that one thing cleared up. They replied really fast and didn’t make me jump through hoops or deal with a bunch of extra back-and-forth. Super easy experience, and I really appreciated the quick help.

I needed to swap out a layer, and the whole exchange was really easy. The return process was simple too, which I appreciated. Even my sister was surprised by how hassle-free it was.

I think this mattress is really comfortable, and I don’t really get the complaints some people might have about support. It feels good to sleep on and gives my back the support I need without being too firm

The latex felt good at first, so I was hopeful. But after a few months, certain spots started getting noticeably softer, which was disappointing for the price. It’s not completely awful, but it definitely didn’t feel like it was holding up the way I expected.
I also wasn’t really sure what I was supposed to do next once I noticed the issue. The process for getting help or figuring out if this was covered wasn’t very clear, which made the whole thing more frustrating. Maybe I just got a bad piece, but the durability hasn’t been great for me...

I’m still waiting on my order, and I’m annoyed at this point. The delivery is taking way longer than expected, and every time I email for an update, the replies feel like they’re coming from a robot instead of a real person. Not a great experience.

I got the mattress set up without too much hassle. The boxes were definitely heavy, like really heavy, but once everything was inside, the actual assembly was simple enough. It probably took me about 30 minutes total. Clearer labels would’ve made it easier, but overall, it was easy

I decided to try SleepEZ because I really liked the idea of being able to choose different firmness levels for each side of the bed. That was the biggest reason I ordered, since my partner and I don’t always like the same feel. The only thing is, once I got into the process, it was a little more confusing than I expected. It took me a while to figure out which combination might work best, and even after that I ended up swapping layers around. I do appreciate having the flexibility, but it definitely wasn’t as simple or straightforward as I thought it would be.
